This white blend is 80% Marsanne and 20% Roussanne from 35+ year old vines. Half the wine is aged in 1 year old Burgundy barrels and the other half in tank. Expect a deep golden color, broad and full-bodied with dry honey on the palate finishing with white pepper and a surprising zest.
