Baptiste Nayrand only owns six hectares of land because it’s the maximum he can farm by himself to maintain the quality he requires. That’s the dedication to deliciousness we like to hear! He’s been farming certified organic since day one, producing exciting and energetic natural Gamays on the outskirts of Lyon, France.
This bottling, “Sauvage Vieilles Vignes,” comes from very old vines that are left to grow wild! No plowing and no trellising in the vineyards, no temperature control and nothing added in the winery. Just juicy and elegant Gamay with an intense, savory backbone. WILD!
We ship wine to most states with a $100 minimum order for shipping. Shipments are sent on the next Monday if weather permits. We do not ship beer and spirits.
