  • Winemaking: Fermentation in steel vat and amphora, whole berry maceration for 30-40 days, aged in 4th use 500-liter barrels for 4 months, then 2 months in steel.
  • Farming Practices: Organic & Biodynamic, focusing on regenerative practices without sulfur, stabilization, or filtration.

About the Producer: Cati Ribot, a third-generation winegrower in Mallorca, is dedicated to natural winemaking and the revival of nearly extinct local grape varieties. Her approach emphasizes minimal intervention and biodynamic farming, resulting in wines that are expressive of the Mallorcan terroir and contribute to the preservation of indigenous varieties.
