Equal parts organic and biodynamically grown Verdejo and Sauvignon Blanc grapes fermented on their skins for 5 days with native yeasts. Bottled without filtering BY THE LITER BABY! Textured, yeasty, and dry, with orange blossom, dried orange peels, and preserved apricots. Moderately tannic, 11% ABV. We have found the perfect picnic wine. Serve chilled!
