Modern Original serves as a playground to explore New Zealand hops and their unique sensory expressions. Developed in partnership with NZ Hops through their Bract program, this brew features the experimental Bract 109 (NZH-109) alongside Citra and Nelson Sauvin. The profile is ripe with distinct notes of passionfruit, mango, and lychee, balanced by a firm bitterness reminiscent of watermelon rind. Overall, it presents an incredibly tropical experience unlike any hop used to date.
