Shipping policy

Shipping wine legally throughout the USA is a complicated patchwork of regulations and taxes. We will make our best effort to ship wine upon request and will charge only for our cost of shipping through Fedex and the packaging require. Unusual bottle shapes and sizes may not be able to be shipped. Please contact steven@denverwinemerchant.com for shipping requests outside of Colorado, DC, and Florida. We cannot ship wine to Utah or Pennsylvania pretty much ever. 

Spirits are only available for shipping within the state of Colorado.

We are able to hold pick up orders for up to 3 months at the store.
