Founded in 1891 by a pastry chef named Giulo Cocchi in the town of Asti, Italy (Piedmont). The company produces a range of aromatized wines such as chinato, americano & vermouth.
Cortese grape is the base of this number with noticeably less sugar than standard. Wormwood, lemon peel, peppermint & coriander spice up the dry-ish, acidic base. Perfect for a martini, adonis or just straight vermouth n' tonic.
