Cascade Agenda is a West Coast Pils brewed in collaboration with renowned beer writer and researcher Stan Hieronymus. Designed to present the classic USDA Cascade hop in a modern light, this beer exclusively utilizes very late-picked hops from CLS, Crosby, TV Hops, and Freestyle Hops to explore how harvest timing impacts flavor. With a touch of Chit malt added to bolster the foam, this brew showcases vibrant sensory notes of grapefruit zest, Meyer lemon, and cantaloupe melon. At 5.8% ABV, it is a refreshing look at hop science.
Food Pairings: This crisp and hoppy Pils pairs nicely with the spice of a grilled fish taco with jalapeño slaw, the clean finish cutting through the heat while highlighting the citrus zest.
