Wide Rainbows by Cellarmaker Brewing Company is a full-throttle, lusciously hazy IPA described as a technicolor explosion in a glass. Packed with an expressive blend of Strata, Riwaka, Centennial, and Nelson Sauvin hops, it paints outside the lines with an almost absurdly saturated profile. Expect a vibrant wave of ripe tropical fruit, fresh-cut citrus, and dank rainbow funk. The Strata hop brings a strawberry-leaning juice, Riwaka lifts the palate with zesty lime and passionfruit, Centennial adds a classic grapefruit snap, and Nelson concludes with its signature white grape and gooseberry twist.
