Kriek De Ranke by Brouwerij De Ranke is a traditional, unsweetened cherry beer created through mixed fermentation. This complex sour ale arises from a masterful blend of old Flemish ale and authentic lambic, which is then aged with a massive addition of 25 kilos of sour cherries per hectoliter. The result is a deeply tart, vibrant, and earthy brew that perfectly showcases the rich, natural flavors of the fruit without any added sweetness.
