This Texas take on Fantôme Del Rey is a bière de coupage. Blending old, barrel-aged beer with young, this Saison presents a complex expression. The older component was crafted in 2014 with malted barley, dark candi syrup, ground coriander, and black peppercorns, initially fermented with truffle honey, and then aged in oak.
