Brewed with a stacked hop bill and double dry-hopped to accentuate hop oils, the beer pours opalescent and dense, offering an immediate bouquet of tropical and stone-fruit esters. Idaho 7 and Mosaic bring bright orange, tangerine, and resinous pine; El Dorado and Citra layer in candied pineapple and grapefruit; Motueka and Motueka SubZero Hop Kief add a focused lime-lemongrass lift and an oil-rich texture that enhances mouthfeel. The 8% ABV gives the beer a rounded mid-palate while a soft, neutral malt base keeps sweetness restrained, allowing hop character to stay center stage.
