- Blend Composition: 83% Grands Crus and 17% Premiers Crus, comprising 60% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims and Grande Vallée de la Marne, and 40% Chardonnay from Côte des Blancs.
- Soil Type: Varied soils from chalky terrains of Côte des Blancs to calcareous soils of Montagne de Reims enrich the champagne with complexity and minerality.
- Winemaking: 17% of the base wine was vinified in oak. The base wine undergoes partial malolactic fermentation. The dosage is a low 2.9 g/L, making this wine bone dry yet textured.
- Ageing: The champagne benefits from 10 years of ageing on lees, contributing to its rich, autolytic character and complexity. It has an ageing potential of many decades.
- Tasting Notes: Features a golden yellow appearance with vibrant bubbles. The palate offers a balance of richness and minerality, with flavors of yellow raspberry, quince, and toasted bread, evolving into a complex finish with bergamot nuances.
