Futurism is a West Coast IPA brewed by Breakside Brewery in collaboration with San Diego's North Park Beer Company. Blending the expertise of two hop-forward heavyweights, this brew delivers a vibrant sensory experience featuring notes of bright Cara Cara orange, ripe melon, and sweet pineapple gummies. At 7% ABV, it offers a modern and expressive take on the West Coast style that is bursting with fruit character.
Food Pairings: This fruit-forward West Coast IPA pairs nicely with the spice and citrus of carnitas tacos with pineapple salsa, the hop bitterness cutting through the pork fat while matching the fruit.
