Much like the Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown nearby, these hops impart strong fruity flavors with aromas of passion fruit and gooseberry. On the palate, you may even catch hints of berries and freshly crushed grapes, creating a beer that bridges the worlds of wine and ale.
