Mosaic Stack by Russian River Brewing Company is a modern take on the West Coast IPA, brewed with a dominant blend of 90% Mosaic and 10% Simcoe hops. This easy-drinking beer highlights beautiful hop aromas and flavors, likely featuring the tropical fruit and berry notes characteristic of the varietals. At 6.5% ABV with 65 IBU, it concludes with a characteristically dry and hoppy finish.
Food Pairings: This modern West Coast IPA pairs nicely with the spice and fruitiness of mango habanero chicken wings or Thai red curry, the tropical hop notes cooling the heat while the bitterness cuts through the sauce.
