Extra Dry by Stillwater is a unique Sake Style Saison brewed with rice, designed to mimic the subtle and drinkable flavors of fine sake. It represents the softer side of the brewery, featuring a delicate hop blend of Citra, Hallertau Blanc, and Sterling. At 4.2% ABV, this low-alcohol farmhouse ale delivers a refreshingly crisp, floral, and incredibly dry finish.
Food Pairings: This delicate and dry Saison pairs nicely with the clean flavors of fresh sushi or vegetable tempura, the rice base and dry finish cleansing the palate perfectly. The subtle floral notes also go well with green tea mochi ice cream. For a savory option, try a mild goat cheese (chèvre) and water crackers.
