From certified organic and biodynamically farmed 45 year old Trollinger vines in the Baden region of Germany comes a surprisingly fresh and young Pet Nat! This wine is spontaneously fermented, with carbonation occurring naturally in the bottle. Expect mouth-watering pink grapefruit, underripe strawberries, cherries, and wild rose with a bit of minerality on the finish. Pairs perfectly with rooftop sunsets!
