Mondeuse noire is a red French wine grape variety that is grown primarily in the Savoie region of eastern France. This pretty rad version is medium bodied and has aromas of spicy plums, wild berries with a savory mineral backbone. This is the first vintage made from new plantings of this underrated grape.
