The Wine
A serious and structured rosé, the 2023 Château Pradeaux Bandol Rosé is built on Mourvèdre, the soul of Bandol, complemented by Cinsault for elegance and lift. Pressed gently and aged on lees, it carries a luminous salmon hue, leading to aromas of wild strawberries, citrus zest, and garrigue. On the palate, tension and texture intertwine—bracing acidity meets a core of ripe peach, red currant, and a whisper of Mediterranean herbs. Dry, complex, and built to evolve, this is a rosé that demands attention at the table, as much at ease with bouillabaisse as it is with charcuterie or Provençal vegetables.
