This tempting blend is inspired by the traditional blends of the Cheverny region in Loire Valley, France. Gina Hildebrand makes her California blend with 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Chardonnay from Oliver’s Vineyard in Edna Valley in San Luis Obispo AVA in California. The resulting wine has a fuller body but the crisp and refreshing flavors you’d hope for in a well made Sauvignon Blanc.
