Planted in the rocky, alluvial soils deposited at the base of the Blue Mountains, the vineyards in this AVA essentially grow in an ancient river bed. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged in 50% terracotta and 50% in oak barrels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered after 16 months élevage.
