The Wine
Made from Pinot Noir vinified as a still white wine, this Blanc de Noir is shaped with a delicate touch, resulting in a wine with remarkable lightness and zing. With an alcohol content of just 11% and an acidity level of 7.2, the wine is refreshing and vibrant. Despite going through malolactic fermentation, it retains a lively crispness, bottled unfiltered with only 10mg of sulfur. On the nose, it presents fragrant red fruit aromas, including strawberries and red apple, along with subtle soil tones and hints of citrus that lift the edges. On the palate, the wine offers a harmonious blend of red fruit flavors, balanced by a bright citrus zing that adds to its refreshing appeal. This wine is ultra-easy-drinking and rather unusual!
