The Land
From the Pfalz region of Germany, specifically from the vibrant soils of the Buntsandstein, or colored sandstone. This unique soil type, rich in iron and minerals, imparts a distinctive character to the wine, providing a firm foundation for the Riesling’s aromatic complexity and structure. The vineyards, located in Zeiskam, benefit from a mild climate with ample sunlight, which allows the grapes to ripen fully while maintaining their bright acidity.
