Our 2nd level 3 class will be looking at various famous vineyards from village level to Grand Cru in the northern half of the Cote de Nuits. We'll compare bedrock and topsoil and analyze how it changes from the south of Chambolle near Musigny through to the north of Gevrey around Clos Saint Jacques. Along the way we'll taste 6 epic reds including at least 1 Grand Cru wine. It's not going to suck!
