Cantillon Classic Gueuze 100% Lambic is a traditional, world-renowned Belgian ale created by blending spontaneously fermented lambics from different years. Brewed with 100% organic grains and hops, the wort is cooled in a traditional attic coolship to capture airborne wild yeast before fermenting and aging in oak barrels. Pouring a golden yellow, it delivers a delicate and woody fragrance. The palate offers a beautifully complex, slightly acidic, and fruity taste that culminates in a dry finish that lingers on the tongue. With a remarkable capacity for taste evolution, this is an exceptional gueuze that will keep for a long time in a good cellar.
