Tequila Cascahuin is a product of the Rosales family of El Arenal, Jalisco. Tracing their tequila producing roots back to the 1900s, they are now on the 4th generation of the family manning the operation. The family is extremely transparent about their production methods and all expressions are 100% additive free.
This expression is made using cooked in clay horno and agave fibers crushed by tahona. This is a traditional take on tequila. The extraction and crushing lend to more complex flavor development in this tequila. Think more mint & herbal w/ citrus & savory spice.
