The Wine:

K-Pot Sans Protection 2022 is an unfined, unfiltered expression of Malbec, crafted without added sulfites to maintain its raw, authentic character. Aged briefly in concrete tanks, the wine is designed to showcase freshness and energy. It pours a deep, inky purple, with aromas of black cherry, plum, wild herbs, and a touch of earthy minerality. On the palate, it bursts with juicy dark fruit, black pepper, and subtle notes of graphite, balanced by supple tannins and bright acidity. The finish is vibrant and clean, lingering with fresh fruit and a hint of spice, offering a true, unmasked glimpse of Cahors. This is a natural wine but not “natty”.
