This Kölsch from the North German tradition of clean, cold fermented ales, brewed with Weyerman Köln malt which imparts gentle notes of honey that are balanced with the floral qualities of Hallertauer and Tettnanger Hops. We release this beer on Rosenmontag, the highlight of the German Karneval, the last great party before Lent, the biggest of which is celebrated in Köln Germany. Kölle Alaaf!
