La Dolcita Vita from Hop Butcher For The World is a hazy New England-style IPA brewed in collaboration with Birrificio Wild Raccoon. At 6.25% ABV, it’s a vibrant showcase of Dolcita, Simcoe, El Dorado, and Idaho 7 hops, with an extra punch from Simcoe Hyperboost. Pouring a glowing haze, it bursts with juicy aromatics of tropical fruit, citrus, and stone fruit, balanced by a pillowy mouthfeel and restrained bitterness. This beer embodies the “sweet life” with a modern hazy twist.
