Fjords To Valhalla by Peculier Ales is a genre-bending brew that asks the question: if it looks and drinks like a lager, is it a lager? Brewed with a newly isolated strain of Kveik yeast and Wai-iti hops, this "lager-inspired" beer delivers a malty backbone with clean bitterness and a vibrant lime zest aroma. At 5.5% ABV, it is a crushable beer made simply for drinking.
Food Pairings: This crisp and citrusy brew pairs nicely with the spice of a Thai green curry or grilled chicken with lime, the zest aromatics complementing the fresh herbs and citrus in the dish.
