Ulysse Collin is the only estate in Champagne to release exclusively single vineyard expressions of their wines: Les Pierrièrres, Les Maillons, Les Roises, Les Enfers.
It was in 2004, after an internship at Anselme Selosse, that Collin produced his first 5500 bottles of a single vintage and grape from a single area: Les Pierriéres. 100% Chardonnay fermented in old Burgundy barrels. Unfined and unfiltered. Disgorged after 48 months in bottle. 1.7 or 2.4 g dosage.
We ship wine to most states with a $100 minimum order for shipping. We don't ship spirits nor beer.
