Vinos del Viento is the brainchild of Michael Cooper, a native of Santa Barbara who made Spain his home in 2002 when he moved to the country to be with his Spanish wife, Rosario. Michael prides himself in being a “vine-hunter”- he has made it his mission to seek out high-altitude, old-vine, dry-farmed vineyards, which sometimes house century-old indigenous vines.
We ship wine to most states with a $100 minimum order for shipping. Shipments are sent on the next Monday if weather permits. We do not ship beer and spirits.
