- Land: Brezza's Barolo Classico brings together Nebbiolo grapes from three distinct communes: Barolo, Monforte d'Alba, and Novello. This selection captures the essence of the south-west part of Barolo, with vineyards averaging 25 years of age. The vineyards are all farmed organically.
- Wine: The 2018 Brezza Barolo Classico is crafted with a touch of tradition, from hand-harvested grapes to a slightly shorter maceration period of about three weeks. Aged for two years in Slavonian oak casks and then another year in the bottle, this wine is presented unfiltered and unfined, embodying the purity and depth of classic Barolo.
- People: Enzo Brezza, representing the fourth generation of his family, carries on the legacy of traditional Barolo winemaking since his first vintage in 1989. With a foundation laid by his father and uncle, Enzo has upheld the estate's commitment to the classic style while embracing organic viticulture and natural winemaking processes, ensuring Brezza remains a hallmark of Barolo tradition.
