Made from grapes of organically farmed, old Pinot Nero vines and vinified as a white wine, this is absolutely delicious. It opens with enticing aromas of field flowers, wild berries and orchard fruit along with a whiff of camphor. Elegant and savory, the polished palate features tart cherry, pomegranate, rhubarb and fennel seed alongside a tangy mineral note.
