Helles Lager by Gold Dot Beer is a crisp and delicate Munich-style lager from McMinnville, Oregon, brewed by Lisa Allen of Heater Allen and Kevin Davey, the founding brewmaster at Wayfinder. Made with a single-variety German pale barley and a blend of low-alpha Hallertau hops, then cold-conditioned for roundness, this flagship pours a brilliant straw gold. Expect gentle notes of fresh bread, cracker, light honey, and soft floral hops, finishing clean and nimble.
