This rich and creamy sour wheat beer pours a vibrant reddish-pink hue topped with a soft pinkish-white head. It greets the nose with the decadent aroma of a rich raspberry milkshake accented by a slightly citric, sour touch. On the palate, it delivers a burst of sweet, creamy raspberry beautifully balanced by a tingling, zesty acidity. A light, almost farmhouse-like malt body slides slowly down the tongue like a delicate meringue, perfectly rounded out by a juicy, creamy touch from the lactose addition.
