The Wine
Cirelli Vino da Tavola Rosso is a vibrant and expressive red wine that captures the essence of Abruzzo. Made primarily from Montepulciano grapes, this wine undergoes a natural winemaking process, allowing the fruit to express its true character. The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks. No fining or filtration is employed, resulting in a wine that is both authentic and approachable. The wine has aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, complemented by notes of herbs, spice, and earth. The palate is medium-bodied with soft tannins and a bright acidity.
