Warm southern French sunshine, cool mountain breezes, and limestone-clay soils create the perfect balance of ripeness, freshness, and minerality.
The Wine
A vibrant blend of Sauvignon Blanc (50%), Chardonnay (40%), and Mauzac (10%), this wine is both crisp and complex. Sauvignon Blanc, aged on fine lees, brings citrus and freshness. Chardonnay, aged in a mix of new and neutral oak, adds texture and depth. Mauzac, a local varietal reminiscent of Viognier and Chenin Blanc, lends floral and orchard fruit notes. The result? A lively white with lemon zest, white peach, and honeysuckle, finishing with a touch of minerality.

Created by two friends with decades of global winemaking experience, Ami Ami embraces the French philosophy of great wine for everyday moments. Committed to sustainability, they swapped bottles for eco-friendly boxed wine, cutting carbon emissions by 50% while keeping wine fresh for six weeks. Their vineyards follow certified sustainable practices, most if not all farmed organically. Ensuring respect for both the land and the people who tend it.
