This semi-soft, cylindrical cheese, crafted from cow's milk in the Italian Alps, offers a unique taste and texture that reflects its rich heritage. Toma Piemontese DOP boasts a smooth, elastic rind that ranges in color from pale straw yellow to pinkish brown, depending on its ripeness.
